THE OKLAHOMA CITY THUNDER HAVE CLINCHED A PLAYOFF BERTH
俄克拉荷马雷霆确定季后赛席位。
With a 115-93 victory over the Miami Heat the Thunder have clinched their berth to the playoffs. They are the 5th team (behind Houston, Golden State, Portland, and Utah) to do so.

It’s kind of crazy at the start of the year we considered OKC a top 5 or so team, and now there’s celebration over scraping into the playoffs. I love PG though so Im happy for you guys

I mean...it seems EVERYONE in the west outside the top 2 teams were "scrapping into the playoffs". Portland, OKC, Utah, San Antonio, New Orleans, Minny, Denver, and LA all fought hard. Portlan got a small lead with 2 weeks to go to cement their spot, but took until the final two weeks. Clips fought until right before the final week.
Its really just a battle of positioning, not "scraping by"

If Roberson was still in the lineup, okc most likely would have won 4-5 more games. Which would put em somewhere around 3-4th seed. Dre plays a huge part in their success.

A lot of teams had injuries though, so as a Thunder fan I don't feel we ought to make any excuses for the team underperforming.

IMO I would think OKC in 6 in that series. Entering the postseason the Warriors don't look like themselves without Curry. With the Thunder it's the opposite: they're looking the best they've been all season, especially in terms of closing games.
EDIT: Also, you get KD back if you beat him lol.
