Memphis has agreed to a deal to send Andre Iguodala to Miami, league source tells ESPN. Iguodala agreed to trade and has agreed to a two-year, $30M extension with Miami.
消息源透露，灰熊同意把伊戈达拉交易至热火。此外，伊戈达拉还将与热火提前续约两年，合同是两年三千万美元，第二年无保障。
Justise Winslow is part of the package headed to Memphis in the Iguodala trade, league sources tell ESPN.

Just made this comment in the Lakers subreddit, but I think the rationale was:
Riley sees a somewhat wide open East + knows Justise medical records better than the other FOs. Maybe came to the conclusion that Justise can't help them past the Bucks this year and made a win now move.
