Kyle Lowry never gets praise because he is Top 5 in like everything as a guard but doesn't have any 1 particular specialty skill that stands out (other than taking charges, but most people dont care about that). That doesnt even include stuff that doesnt show up on the stat sheet.
Kyle Lowry is a top 20 in the league this year imo.

I did notice Pascal was paying much more defensive awareness towards AD than he usually does on his average assignments. Feels like he definitely sacrificed some offense to help dent into AD's 2/7 rut.

This was my first time watching the Raptors in a few months and omg is their defensive discipline top notch. The entire team, starters extended, were on a string, closed out well and rotated and covered for the next man phenomenally. The Lakers were moving the ball well too but it just didn’t matter. Some of the best team defense I’ve seen in a while.

You have to give it up to the Raptors.
Raptors offense can be frustrating to go against and it all starts with their guards. Lowry is a classic bully; he’s always in attack mode and will fish any foul he can get and they’ll get rewarded even more for their aggressive offense when they’re in the bonus. FVV is scary. Any raptors ball handler will try and force a drive towards the basket at any opportunity, most notably on defensive rebounds, and it opens up so many opportunities without relying on set plays. Lakers miss Bradley badly as KCP kept getting abused, Smith isnt quite there yet, Waiters aint is so so.
One thing the Lakers need to learn from the Raptors is setting good screens lol, or at least use screens well for the ball handlers
